Kardemir Rolling Mill was founded in the year 1969 by the entrepreneur Mr. Nevzat Karalp and this flourishing concern has been progressing with measured steps in an accelerated rate in the iron and steel industry for 40 years.
After starting steel production in its hometown of Denizli in the first years, by today the Mill has reached to a capacity level of 700.000 metric tons production per year thanks to its high-technology plant established in the year 1998 over a building site of 75.000 m2 in İzmir-Aliaga Zone.
Together with its fourth production line which has been put into service in its plant of Izmir - Aliaga in the year 2008, Kardemir Rolling Mill has broadened its line of production and today this Mill who is operating at 24 hours full production has the widest product range in Turkey with more than 1500 diversified products of thin, medium and thick profile sections.
Since its date of foundation, Kardemir Rolling Mill has determined using the high technology and improving its quality standards as a target of the company. Besides, the Mill has the ISO 9001, TSE and CE certificates which are supporting this target.
The upward tendency in both of our domestic and foreign sales charts, the exportation all around the world to more than 50 countries and taking our place in the first 100 biggest exporters of Turkey are the sources of pride of our Company.
